Cookie Notice

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. "Similar technologies" includes local storage, session storage, and small scripts loaded from third-party domains — we treat all of these the same way for the purposes of this notice.

To be clear about what is not here: this Site does not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-media tracking pixels (no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no TikTok Pixel), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any cross-site behavioural tracker. We do not sell, share, or rent any data collected on this Site to advertisers or data brokers.

The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, in three categories: (a) strictly necessary technologies that make the Site work — for example, remembering your selected language and protecting forms from automated abuse; (b) anonymous performance and analytics data used to understand how the Site is used in aggregate, so we can improve it; (c) two third-party embeds on the homepage contact section — a Google Maps map showing our address, and the Calendly widget you use to book a call. We do not use any cookie for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.

Four external services run on this Site, each with a narrow purpose. Vercel Analytics — anonymous page-view analytics; tracks page URLs and aggregated device type, but no personally identifying data and no cross-site tracking. Vercel Speed Insights — anonymous performance metrics (page load time, Web Vitals) used to detect slow pages; same privacy posture as Vercel Analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-protection challenge that runs on our enquiry forms to stop automated submissions; uses cookies and a fingerprint signal, but does not track you across other sites and is designed by Cloudflare as a privacy-friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHA. Calendly — the call-booking widget in the homepage contact section; its script and styles load from Calendly's servers and it sets its own cookies so it can carry your booking through to confirmation. We also embed a Google Maps iframe in the same section to show our address — when you scroll past that area, Google Maps may set its own cookies under Google's terms.

Strictly necessary cookies are session cookies — they disappear when you close your browser. Vercel's anonymous analytics signals are tied to your browser's local storage, not to a persistent identifier, and do not include personal data. Cloudflare Turnstile cookies typically persist for up to 30 days. Calendly and Google Maps cookies persist according to those providers' own policies. Exact lifetimes can change as these services update — see each provider's own cookie documentation for current detail.

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings — every modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave) lets you block third-party cookies, clear cookies for a specific site, or browse in private mode. Detailed instructions are available at https://www.aboutcookies.org. If you block strictly necessary cookies the quotation form may not work — the Turnstile bot check needs to set a cookie to function. If you block analytics cookies the Site will still work normally; we just won't see the page-view in our aggregate stats.

We may update this Cookie Notice when the services we use change. The current version, with the date last updated, is always available on this page. If we add a materially different category of cookie (for example, advertising or cross-site tracking — which we have no plans to add), we will flag that change on the homepage.
